Q. Is the corporate legal name remaining the same?

A. Our legal name has not changed and it will remain the same: Claflin Service Company

Q. Will the Doing Business As (DBA) change?

A. Yes as of 10/1/2016. We are changing our DBA. Formerly Claflin Medical Equipment, Hospital Associates and RSI will now be: CME.

Q. Will the W-9 change?

A. Yes as of 10/1/2016. The W-9 reflects our new DBA: CME.

Q. Will the remit to address change?

A. Only for our NY branch. We are excited to announce that formerly RSI has a new state of the art facility and their new remit address is:
